Notice of Annual General Meeting
Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management software to highly regulated industries, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12.00pm on Wednesday 28 October 2020 at its Nottingham office, Ergo House, Mere Way, Ruddington Fields Business Park, Nottingham NG11 6JS. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of health and safety, the Board has decided to run the 2020 AGM as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend. In order to maintain a constructive engagement with shareholders, the Company encourages shareholders to submit questions as per instructions included within the Notice of AGM letter.
The notice of AGM and form of proxy, together with the Company's annual report and accounts, are available on the Company's website at https://www.ideagen.com and have been posted to shareholders.
