Issue of share options
The Board of Easydate plc (AIM: EZD), the internet-based dating operator, announces that on 17 December 2010 the Remuneration Committee approved the issue of share options to a number of employees and a Director.
The share options are issued as follows:
Quantity of options over
fully paid ordinary shares
Director: Mark Doughty 400,000
Senior Manager: Vladimir Levykin 400,000
Senior Manager: Tatyana Seredyuk 400,000
Total 1,200,000
The above share options have been granted at an exercise price of 109p per share. These options will be subject to vesting criteria such that they are exercisable for a period of three years from 17 December 2010 subject to meeting a Performance Hurdle and being in Easydate employment.
Further share options have been granted to a number of employees, also granted at an exercise price of 109p per share. These options will be subject to vesting criteria, such that they vest and become exercisable in three equal tranches over three years. One third of the share options will vest and become exercisable on or after 17 December 2011, one third on or after 17 December 2012 and the final third on or after 17 December 2013.
