CORETX Holdings plc (AIM: COR), the mid-market network, cloud and IT managed services provider was notified on 13 April 2017, that on 12 April 2017, William Dobbie, Non-Executive Director of the Company, as detailed below, purchased 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 31.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, William Dobbie's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 16,176,053 ordinary shares, representing 8.06 per cent. of the voting share capital of CORETX.
