The Board of CORETX Holdings plc (AIM: COR) announces that, on 11 July 2017, the UK Intellectual Property Enterprise Court ruled that the CORETX brand infringed a pre-existing trade mark. The contents of the judgment are being considered carefully by the Board and there is a further Court hearing on 31 July 2017 to discuss it.
The Board does not expect this to have an impact on this or future years' expectations.
A further update will be made following the hearing on 31 July 2017.
