We now believe thatcapital gains in the second half will be at least as great as those in thefirst. Our core income continues to grow at a satisfactory rate as does our loan bookdespite continued competition and price pressure in the mezzanine market.Accordingly it is anticipated that profits for the full year will be somewhathigher than current market expectations.
