In accordance with the Listing Rules, Intermediate Capital Group plc announces that Kathryn Purves, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as the Group Chief Executive of IFG Group plc ("IFG") with effect from today's date. Ms Purves had previously served as a Non Executive of IFG since May 2016.
