NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was advised on 15 May 2008 that on the 14 May 2008, Mr J Sclater, a Director of the Company, bought 1,600 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 432.9p per share, representing 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Following this purchase, Mr Sclater and his connected persons have a total interest of 24,347 shares in the Company representing 0.033% of the Company's issued share capital.
