Statement Regarding Possible Offer for Company

The Company notes the announcement by Moonduster Limited and Mr Eamonn Rothwell that they are engaged in discussions with a view to potentially bringing forward an offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of ICG.

Shareholders should note that the approach is preliminary in nature and, consequently, there can be no certainty that an offer will ultimately be forthcoming. In particular, no details have been provided to the Company regarding the offer price at which an offer for the Company may be proposed or of any conditions to which the financing and making of such an offer may be subject.

A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
