Loan Facility Second Disbursement

ICFG Limited (LON: ICFG), the international financial services group, announces a further drawdown under the previously announced syndicated financing facility arranged by Helicap Securities Pte. Ltd. ("Helicap") with Alternative Investments VCC acting on behalf of Helicap Income Opportunities Fund and other lenders (together, the "Lenders").

As announced on 4 November 2025, the facility provides for borrowings of up to US$25 million, with an initial disbursement of US$11 million.

The Company confirms that Pocket NBFI LLC ("Pocket NBFI") has received two additional disbursements of a total principal amount of approximately US$10 million, funded in USD and SGD, from the Lenders. Following this drawdown, approximately US$21 million has been drawn under the facility, with US$4 million remaining available. This additional funding strengthens Pocket NBFI's lending capacity and will be deployed to support the continued growth of its digital financial services platform in Mongolia.
