Issue of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 16 March 2021 it issued 80,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 790.50 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Following the issuance, there will be 40,992,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 349,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
