Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 30 September 2022, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 409,631,594 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each. Of these Ordinary Shares, 12,273,532 are held as Treasury Shares. Accordingly, as at 30 September 2022, there were 397,358,062 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
