Trading Update
IBEX Global Solutions plc (AIM: IBEX), a leading provider of contact centre services and other business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, is pleased to provide the following update on trading with respect to its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2014.
The Group continues to make progress, posting organic revenue growth of approximately 30% and significant increases in profitability in the period. In addition to growing revenues with the existing customer base, important new contracts have been signed with clients in new and existing verticals. Most notably this includes a new agreement with a major cable provider in the United States, endorsing IBEX's strategy to expand its offering to the home services sector comprising telecoms, cable and satellite providers.
Major contracts have also been signed which deepen IBEX's expertise in supporting the automotive sector, with services in preparation and on-schedule to launch in the UK early in the 2015 financial year. IBEX's service offering has also been strengthened with the establishment of two new separate sites in the Philippines to meet increased demand from both new and existing customers.
On the personnel front, IBEX has strengthened its senior- and mid-level leadership teams, in line with the Group's strategy to provide a platform to efficiently manage the growth of the overall business. These additions to the team ensure operational performance levels are maintained and that the Group continues to deepen its expertise across all functional areas within the Company.
The Board remains confident in the strength of the existing pipeline, future opportunities and growth prospects, and expects that results for the year ended 30 June 2014 will be in line with market expectations.
