2019 FINAL DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) has today decided to recommend to shareholders a final dividend of 17.0 € cents per share in respect of 2019.
Accordingly, the dividend will be paid as follows:
Gross dividend | 0.1700 |
Withholding tax (19%) | 0.0323 |
Net dividend | 0.1377 |

Dividend timetable (applicable to both the Spanish and UK markets)
Ex-dividend date | 2 July 2020 |
Record date | 3 July 2020 |
Payment date | From 6 July 2020 |
The payment of this dividend will be executed by Banco Santander as paying agent.
