Cambridge, UK, 1 April 2019: Horizon Discovery Group plc (LSE: HZD) ("Horizon", "the Group" or "the Company"), a global leader in gene editing and gene modulation technologies, announces that on 29 March 2019 Mr Terry Pizzie and Mr Jayesh Pankhania, both Executive Directors of the Company, and Dr Ian Gilham and Mr Grahame Cook, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company, purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
