Director/PDMR Shareholding
Cambridge, UK, 6 February 2018: Horizon Discovery Group plc (LSE: HZD) ("Horizon" or the "Company"), a global leader in gene editing and gene modulation technologies, today announces that Dr Jonathan Milner and Dr Susan Galbraith, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company, have purchased ordinary shares of 1.0p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Details of these purchases of Ordinary Shares, and each Director's resulting beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital, are shown below:
