PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) informs that the Securities Prospectus and Decision on additional Issue of the Company's shares (state registration number 1-01-55038-E-043D of August 27, 2018) might be accessed at:

The Issuer shall provide any stakeholder with access to the information contained in the registered Securities Prospectus and in the Decision on the Additional Issue of Securities by placing copies thereof at: RusHydro, 7 Malaya Dmitrovka St., Moscow, Russia.

The Issuer shall provide a copy of the registered Securities Prospectus and of the Decision on the Additional Issue of Securities to the owners of the issuer's securities and other stakeholders upon their request at a charge not exceeding the cost of preparation of such copies within seven (7) days from the date of receipt (presentation) of the respective request.
