Total Voting Rights
Hydrogen Group confirms that, as at 29 March 2018, the total issued share capital has increased to 33,450,823 ordinary shares.
There are no shares held in treasury. Each ordinary share carries voting rights on the basis of one vote per share. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hydrogen Group is 33,450,823.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in Hydrogen Group under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
