Imprint Plc06 November 2007 Imprint Plc ('Imprint' or the 'Company') Response to the statement from Hydrogen Group plc The board of directors of Imprint (the 'Board') notes the announcement byHydrogen Group plc ('Hydrogen') on 6 November 2007 that it is in advanced talksregarding a possible all share offer for the Company on the basis of 0.461 newHydrogen shares for every Imprint share, subject to the satisfaction of a numberof conditions. Based on the closing price of a Hydrogen share on 5 November2007, this would be equivalent to approximately 125.6 pence per Imprint share. On 31 October 2007, it was announced that OPD Group plc ('OPD') is in advanceddiscussions concerning a proposed recommended offer for Imprint of 5 new OPDshares for every 14 Imprint shares, together with a cash payment of 10 pence perImprint share. Based on the closing price of an OPD share on 5 November 2007,this would value each Imprint share at approximately 108.5 pence. The Board notes that no formal offer has been made for the Company and thatthere can be no certainty as to whether or not an offer for the Company will beforthcoming. The Board advises Imprint shareholders to await furtherdevelopments and to take no action at this time. A further announcement will be made in due course.
