Appointment of Richard Green as Non Executive Director
Hydrogen Group plc today announces the appointment of Richard Green as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Richard James Green is a Chartered Accountant and has experience as an Executive and Non Executive Director in quoted and private companies. He is currently non-Executive Director of Northern Venture Trust plc and Qannas Investments Ltd. Richard has over 25 years' experience as a Non-Executive Director across a variety of sectors. He was Managing Partner and subsequently Chairman of August Equity LLP, a private equity firm with £300m of funds under management from 2001 to 2014.
Stephen Puckett, Chairman of Hydrogen, said "I am delighted to welcome Richard on the Board of Hydrogen Group. He brings wide commercial experience, an in depth understanding of the challenges facing growing companies, managing change along with audit and remuneration committee experience."
