Final dividend

The Board of Hydrogen Group plc (the "Company") yesterday recommended a final dividend of 2.7p per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2010.

Correcting the record date provided in yesterday's preliminary results announcement, the full details for the proposed final dividend are:
