Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
Hydrogen Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 30 June 2010 that, on that day, the Hydrogen Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") purchased 4,300 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 123.1 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction the Trust now holds 1,149,206 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.90% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Ordinary Shares held in the Trust.
