Hydrogen Group plc
Hydrogen Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 11 September 2012 that, on that day, the Hydrogen Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") purchased 20,477 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.95 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction the Trust now holds 1,185,451 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Ordinary Shares held in the Trust.
