Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited

Company update

As announced in November 2018, Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited (the "Company") has entered into a £25 million revolving loan facility agreement with Shawbrook Bank Limited (the "Facility"). The Company is pleased to report that it continues to see, through its investment adviser, Hadrian's Wall Capital Limited, strong demand from UK SMEs for loan financing and has begun to draw on the Facility to fund new loans.

The Company will continue to use the Facility in order to manage the Company's ongoing liquidity requirements and to minimise unused cash balances in order to improve returns to shareholders. The Company will continue to monitor liquidity and investment opportunities, which may include raising further equity capital in order to finance the ongoing pipeline of opportunities and/or to pay down amounts drawn under the Facility.
