Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons 

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 5 October 2011 that following the purchase on 5 October 2011 of 12,634 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 33.89 pence per share, Owen Michaelson (Managing Director, Property) now has an interest in 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.025% of the total shares in issue.
