Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons 

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 04 October 2011 that following the purchase on 04 October 2011 of 46,945 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 31.95 pence per share, Jonson Cox (Chairman) now has an interest in 196,945 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.066% of the total shares in issue.
