Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons 

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 18 November 2011 that following the purchase on 18 November 2011 of 29,717 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 33.65 pence per share, Steven Underwood (Non-Executive Director) now has an interest in 31,369 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.011% of the total shares in issue.
