Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons
To comply with DTR 3.1.4.R, the Company advises that it was notified on 21 November 2013 that, following the vesting of 6,860,160 shares pursuant to a Long Term Incentive Plan, Jonson Cox (Chairman) sold 1 million shares, representing 0.17% of the total shares in issue, on 20 November 2013 at a price of 5.75 pence per share to meet in part the tax and National Insurance liabilities incurred as a result of that award.
Jonson Cox now has an interest in 7,204,050 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 1.19% of the total shares in issue.
