Harworth Group plc (the "Company") confirms, as previously outlined in the Interim Results announcement of 28 August 2015, that Dr Michael Richardson, the former finance director of the company, has stepped down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, following the publication of the preliminary announcement of results on 24 February 2016.
