Interim Management Statement
In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period fromΒ 1 MarchΒ 2009Β toΒ 30 JuneΒ 2009.
The Company remains a "cash shell" and the Board continues to identify and evaluate target companies as it seeks opportunities to maximize the value of the Company. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately Β£387,000 atΒ 30 JuneΒ 2009.
No material events or transactions took place during the period fromΒ 1 MarchΒ 2009Β toΒ 30 JuneΒ 2009Β which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.
OnΒ 9 July 2009Β the Board announced the appointment of Mr Andrew Perloff as a non-executive director of theΒ Company.Β
