Harvey Nash Group PLC06 July 2007 HARVEY NASH GROUP PLC("Harvey Nash" or the "Company") Directors' shareholdings: correction Further to the announcement issued on 5 July at 17.59 under RNS number 7763Z,the Company is issuing the following correction: the numbers of shares acquiredby The Harvey Nash EBT Limited was 5,113 Ordinary 5p Shares and not 5,061Ordinary 5p Shares as previously stated. In addition, the number of beneficialshares for Albert Ellis, Richard Ashcroft and Simon Wassall were incorrect,these being 1,704 shares, 1,704 shares and 1,705 shares respectively and not1,687 for each as previously stated. All other details of the announcementremain unchanged. A full amendment appears below. Directors' shareholdings The Harvey Nash EBT Limited, as trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan(SIP), has on 5 July 2007 acquired 5,113 Ordinary 5p Shares in the Company at aprice of 88 pence per share, the beneficial owners of which are Albert Ellis(1,704 shares), Richard Ashcroft (1,704 shares) and Simon Wassall (1,705shares).
