Directorate Change: Retirement of Non-Executive Director
Tom Crawford, aged 63, a Non-Executive Director who was previously Joint Managing Director and founder of the business, has indicated to the Board his intention to retire following the Annual General Meeting in 2014.
The Board confirms that there are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
Julie Baddeley, Chairman, said:
"Tom has served Harvey Nash with great loyalty for 25 years and the Board has benefitted greatly from his wise counsel and guidance. Whilst Tom won't be retiring until the AGM next year, on behalf of everyone at Harvey Nash, I would like to place on record now our gratitude to him for his invaluable contribution and also to wish him all the best for the future".
