Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Havelock Europa PLC (HVE:L), the international interior solutions provider, announces that Peter Dillon has been appointed a non executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Dillon (age 71) is a Chartered Accountant and was finance director of Hargreaves Services plc from 2003 to 2007. Mr Dillon joined Hargreaves Services in 2003 as finance director and helped to organise the management buy out in 2003 and then the IPO on the AIM market in 2005 at 243p per share. He retired from the board of Hargreaves on 31 December 2007 when the share price was 505p.

The following additional information is disclosed in relation to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Mr Dillon was a Director of Parkview Construction Limited, which was placed in administration in 1993

Mr Dillon was a Director and Company Secretary of Underbank Park Farm Limited which was struck off in 2001 and was fined for the late filing of accounts and its annual return in 1993 and for the late filing of its annual return in 1995.

Mr Dillon was a consultant to Idess Retail Limited, a company controlled by his family trust and other members of his family, which was placed in administration in 2013.

Mr Dillon's family trust, Golf Limited, owns 678,070 ordinary shares in Havelock Europa plc (1.76% of the issued share capital); 60% of the share capital of RFA Design Limited and 80% of the share capital of CIL Retail Limited

There are no other disclosures required under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
