HAVELOCK EUROPA PLC
RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Havelock Europa PLC, the AIM quoted retail and educational interiors and point of sale printing group, announces that Roland van Bommel will resign as a Non-Executive Director on 31 December 2010 for personal reasons.
Malcolm Gourlay, Chairman, said: "I would like to thank Roland for his significant contribution to Havelock during his time on the Board and particularly during the last 12 months of reorganization and recovery."
