Havelock Europa PLC (HVE:L), the retail and educational interiors group, announces that Grant Findlay, Group Finance Director, has resigned from the Board of Havelock Europa with effect from 14 May 2014. Ciaran Kennedy will join the Company on 23 June 2014 and will succeed Mr Findlay as Group Finance Director and become a member of the Board.
Mr Kennedy joins Havelock Europa from Kier Group plc's ("Kier Group") Scottish Utilities business where he was the Operations Director for Utilities Scotland. Prior to Kier Group's acquisition of May Gurney, he was Finance Director for May Gurneys' Public Sector business for 1.5 years. He spent 17 years at Ennstone plc, a heavy end building materials Group, in a number of finance and operational roles. Mr Kennedy is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Mr Kennedy was a Director of Ennstone plc. On 9 March 2009, Administrators were appointed to Ennstone plc and a number of its subsidiaries (Bruntcliffe Aggregates plc (475830), Ennstone Concrete Products Limited (272426), Johnston Management Holdings Limited (253289), Johnston Precast Limited (724313)) and Ennstone Inc went into Chapter 11 (under US insolvency legislation) on 25 February 2009.
There are no other disclosures required under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
