APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Havelock Europa PLC, the AIM quoted retail and educational interiors group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Burgess as a non-executive director, with effect from 18 November 2013.

Mr Burgess, age 42, has more than 13 years' experience in the business to business sector, including senior management positions at Paragon Labels Ltd, MacFarlane Packaging Ltd and Paragon Print & Packaging Ltd, where he was Finance Director.

He is currently a non-executive director at GJ Design Ltd and Equator Design Ltd.

There are no other disclosures required under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM rules.

David MacLellan, Chairman, said: "We welcome Andrew to the Board of Havelock Europa. Andrew brings with him extensive commercial experience and we are delighted that a supporter and major shareholder of the business has decided to join us.
