APPOINTMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY

Havelock Europa PLC (HVE:L), the retail and educational interiors group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ciaran Kennedy as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary with effect from 23 June 2014, as detailed in the announcement made on 14 May 2014.
