Director's dealing
Andrew Leslie, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 December 2010. Mr Leslie acquired 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 102.5p per share and 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90.0p. These shares represent Mr Leslie's entire interest in the Company's shares and represent 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
