Director's/PCA's Shareholdings
Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, was informed on 4 April 2023 that Michael Cunningham, Non-Executive Chairman, and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, on the same day sold 118,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 162.5 pence per share, and subsequently, he and his wife each purchased 59,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 162.5 pence per share into their Individual Savings Accounts, in order to effect "Bed and ISA" trades.
The notifications below, which has been made in accordance with the requirement of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details.
