Farley Group PLC25 November 2005 Farley Group plc ("Farley" or the "Company") Result of EGM At the extraordinary general meeting of Farley held today to, inter alia,approve the acquisition of Humberts and the placing of new ordinary shares, allof the resolutions proposed were passed.
