Humberts Group PLC31 August 2007 Humberts Group PLC 31 August 2007 Humberts Group plc ("Humberts" or the "Group") Additional Listing Total Voting Rights Application has been made for 6,300 new ordinary shares of 5p each to beadmitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market("AIM") for listed securities. The new shares, which have been issued to satisfy the exercise of share options,will rank pari passu with the existing shares. Admission of these shares will become effective on 5 September 2007 and as aresult the Group's issued share capital will be 57,547,407 ordinary shares of 5peach.
