In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company announces that Sir Samuel Jonah, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, has today been appointed as the non-executive chairman of Roscan Gold Corporation, a company listed in Canada on the TSX Venture Exchange. He has also resigned with immediate effect as a director of African Gold Group, Inc. a company listed in Canada on the TSX Venture Exchange.
