Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Further to the announcement made on 20 May 2015 regarding the disposal of the Company's operating subsidiary, the Directors of Hightex announce that ZAI Corporate Finance ("ZAI"), the Company's Nominated Adviser ("Nomad"), has resigned with effect from 1st June 2015.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nomad is not appointed within one month of the date that ZAI ceases to act as Nomad, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
