Holding in Company
Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified today that JH Gunn and Mrs RS Gunn purchased a total of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company. Consequently, they are in aggregate interested in 33,207,902 ordinary shares representing 11.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.
