Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was yesterday notified that on 25 July 2014, John and Renate Gunn sold 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Hightex at 0.4571p.
Following the sale, John and Renate Gunn are now interested in 20,732,900 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
