Holding in Company
Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, were notified yesterday that on the same day JH Gunn and Mrs RS Gunn purchased a total of 2,750,000 ordinary shares of the Company. Consequently, they are in aggregate interested in 22,707,902 ordinary shares representing 8.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.
