Hunting today announces the following share purchases by the executive Directors of the Company:
Jim Johnson
The Company was informed on 6 October that Jim Johnson had purchased 50,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 122.0 pence per share. The purchase took place on 5 October 2020.
Following this transaction Jim Johnson's beneficial holding is 367,629 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.22% of the Company's share capital.
Bruce Ferguson
The Company was informed on 6 October that Bruce Ferguson had purchased 14,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 122.6 pence per share. The purchase took place on 5 October 2020.
