Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a non-executive Director of the Company:
John Nicholas
On 23 October 2015, John Nicholas notified the Company that he purchased 6,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 404p per share. The purchase took place on 23 October 2015.
Following this transaction John Nicholas's beneficial holding has increased to 11,000 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.007% of the Company's share capital.
