Succession Planning Update

As advised in the Chairman's Statement of the Half-yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30 June, 2017, Mr Paul Meader has advised the Board of his intention to retire from the Board of directors in late 2018.

The Board is considering the appointment of a replacement director and the appointment of a new director will be announced in due course. Following his/her appointment, any such director appointed by the Board will hold office until the next annual general meeting, at which meeting he / she will seek re-election.
