Resignation of Director
In light of the reduced size of the Company, the Board has taken measures to reduce the ongoing costs of running the Company. The Board has decided that a meaningful cost saving would be achieved by the number of directors being reduced from four to three.
As a result of that decision Sarita Keen volunteered to step down as a director and will discontinue serving on the Board from 31st October 2019. In addition, with effect from 1st October 2019, the three continuing directors have volunteered to waive part of their fees.
The continuing directors are grateful for the contribution made by Sarita during her time as a board member.
