Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Ernst Jansen, Colin Keogh and Anne MacDonald, Non-Executive Directors, that they have each purchased Ordinary Shares of 6.5p in the Company ('Shares').
Mr Jansen, Mr Keogh and Ms MacDonald purchased 2,407, 1,384, and 2,309 Shares respectively on 14 December 2016 all at the same price of 1003.507p. The transactions were executed in GBP.
The notifications made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) are set out below.
